I talked to a friend a week ago, she then told me that they are constantly worried about their rental properties. One of the tenants is taking advantage of them maybe because they only visit once in a while. They live in the same city where their properties are located, but it is still difficult for them to monitor their roperties effectively since they both have a busy schedule. Now that they are having problems with their tenants, they are thinking of getting the service of a Real Property Management company to make their property more profitable and less headache. Since they are still in the process of buying another property, hiring somebody who knows the business well would be a great idea.
